If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the package is tampered, please refuse to accept the package and mail us at info@prazis.in along with your order ID. We will replace it at no additional cost.
If you received the product in damaged condition, we require the opening video of the package to initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Without the opening video of the package in a continuous mode( video should not be paused or edited to club two videos together), we would not initiate a return. The video can be mailed to sales@prazis.in
After we check the video, we will process the return/refund.
Once we receive the damaged product we will refund the amount through the original mode of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will be refunding the product cost only. This will be done in 5-7 working days.
Note for return & exchange :
1) The products should be unused.
2) Return/exchange requests that are to be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would be accepted.
3) We do a quality check on all the returned products after which only the refund/exchange will be initiated.
4) Please make sure the original product packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
